The Pennsylvania March for Life – Sept 27 (past event; see pictures)
The Irwin Life Chain – Oct 3
Presentation by Father Dan Car – Oct 5

.

Saint Agnes Parish participates in the Irwin Life Chain each year.  Please join us for one hour of silent prayer along Pennsylvania Avenue on Sunday, October 3 from 2 – 3 p.m.  We meet at the Irwin playground parking lot.

Father Dan Carr returns to St. Agnes! No, not as our Parochial Vicar but in the capacity of his new responsibility as the Diocesan Director of Pro-Life Activities. Please join Fr. Dan as he discusses the Catholic moral and scientific rationale for defending human life from the moment of conception to natural death. As an excellent educator, Father Dan will provide us engaging and enlightening insights on this bedrock position of our Church. This event will also be livestreamed on our Facebook page.

(This is a past event; see pictures) It is with great excitement that we are announcing the Pennsylvania March for Life scheduled for Monday, September 27, 2021 in Harrisburg!  By the generosity of an anonymous donor, we have been graced with free bus transportation!  St. Agnes and other parishes within Westmoreland County are included in this offer.  The bus will be departing from St. Agnes.  Our Lady of Guadalupe Pro-Life Group of Saint Agnes will be helping to coordinate this trip.

This is an excellent opportunity for anyone to learn about the principles of effective lobbying, the specific and current issues Pennsylvania is facing, and what you can do right now to champion pro-life policies to your PA elected representatives.  This rally and march are suited for all levels of experience and comfort with advocacy.

Register by calling the St. Agnes office today at 724 863-2626.
(Office hours: 8-4 Mon-Fri)

Seating will be limited!
