What a whirlwind summer it has been at St Agnes!  We’ve kept our seminarians VERY busy.  From praying the Rosary on the radio with our Legion of Mary group to a week of Bible Drama Camp to Outdoor Masses in the Neighborhoods to joining us weekly for “The Chosen” to a week of Confirmation Boot Camp to parish meetings of all sorts to daily and Sunday Masses to the final herculian task of working at the Bazaar not to mention pre-Bazaar setup and post-Bazaar tear down, they’ve come through with flying colors for every challenge!    But we all know that St. Agnes was just one step in their journey and they have now returned to their academic studies for the priesthood.  GOD BLESS YOU ANDREW and KEVIN!

Both young men welcome your continued prayers and encouragement!

Andrew Hamilton will continue at St. Vincent Seminary, Greensburg, PA
Kevin Richardson will continue at St. Mark Seminary, Erie, PA.

If you missed Andrew and Kevin give their vocation story talks at Mass on Sunday, 8/1 you can catch them here.

And, if you were away for the summer or hiding under a rock, you can catch the beginning of their story with us here:

Saint Agnes has been blessed for the summer with not one but TWO seminarians studying to be Priests!  They will be with us until mid-August and have already begun to assimilate into the parish in a big way by recording the Rosary with our Legion of Mary members which was aired on WAOB radio 106.7 FM and by taking on the Bible study and service project part of our Bible Drama Camp.  And these things are just the start of their journey with us!  Their main focus will be assisting Monsignor Paul with a new Parish initiative, “Outdoor Masses in the Neighborhoods.”   Please welcome these young men and pray for their success in all their projects this summer and throughout their studies for the Priesthood.
