PA Child Protective Services Law: Calling all Volunteers

The Diocese of Greensburg provides us with the clearance requirements for volunteering with children, young people, and vulnerable adults.  These clearances meet and exceed the PA Child Protective Services Law (CPSL) and must be renewed every 5 years.  All volunteers at Saint Agnes completed this clearance process in 2015 meaning that the 5 year anniversary is upon us and for most [...]

Good News! After 10 weeks of closed church buildings in our diocese, Holy Mass will be celebrated in St. Agnes church beginning June 1 with the first Sunday Masses June 6-7. Per Bishop Malesic, dispensation remains as is for the foreseeable future. Streaming and recorded Masses will continue to be available.  Additional information coming soon.

The Ascension of Jesus

On Thursday, May 21, 2020, 40 days after His Resurrection on Easter, we celebrate the Ascension of Jesus into heaven.  This is a Holy Day of Obligation and "Opportunity."  Mass will be available beginning at 6:30 p.m. on the vigil of the Holy Day: Wednesday, May 20th.
